This notice explains, pursuant to Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), how personal data you submit through this website is processed.

What data is processed?
Only the data you provide yourself through the form is processed:
- Identity and contact data: full name, phone number, email address.
- Message content: what you write in the free-text field.
- Transaction security data: the IP address and timestamp of the submitted request (to prevent misuse).
We recommend that you do not include detailed information about your health condition when filling in the form. Health data is special category personal data within the meaning of Article 6 of KVKK and requires separate explicit consent. A detailed assessment is carried out during your consultation.
For what purpose is your data processed?
- Responding to your appointment or information request,
- Recording and following up your request,
- Fulfilling legal obligations.
Your data is not used for marketing purposes, is not sold, and is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
What is the legal basis?
Your contact and appointment request relies on the legal bases of Article 5/2-(c) of KVKK — being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract — and Article 5/2-(f) — legitimate interest. Where you share special category data, the explicit consent given in the form is additionally obtained under Article 6/2.
How long is your data retained?
Requests that do not result in an appointment are retained for a maximum of 2 years and deleted at the end of that period. If a consultation takes place, your patient file is retained separately, and independently of this notice, in accordance with the retention periods set out in Turkish health legislation.
Is your data transferred?
Appointment/contact form records are kept on our own servers and are not transferred abroad. However, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel used on this site automatically sends technical data about your visit (IP address, browser information, pages visited) to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. servers. The hosting service provider acts solely as a data processor within the scope of technical infrastructure.
What are your rights?
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of its processing, request its correction or deletion, learn the third parties to whom it has been transferred, and request compensation for any damage suffered.
